René Louis Péan, born in Paris in 1875 and died in Ermont (Val-d'Oise) in 1955, is a French painter, poster artist and illustrator.
A student of Jules Chéret, he created numerous posters for the world of entertainment and leisure between 1895 and 1905 in the Chaix workshop.
