Manufacture de Nast
Also known as the Manufacture de la rue Popincourt, it owes its success to its acquisition by Jean-Népomucène Hermann Nast in 1783. It was the start of a dynasty that lasted until the 1830s. Talented chemists and decorators, they were responsible for the processes of thick gold and wheel decoration, for example.
