Large Openwork Solid Silver Fish Shovel, Carved Handle With Initials, Paris Early 19th Century

Superb fish shovel, very graphic! The handle, carved at different levels in a natural material, is engraved with initials. The Openwork Ed solid silver shovel is engraved with a decoration of a chimerical fish and stylized foliage scrolls. Beautiful intermediate shell between the handle and the shovel. Hallmarks clearly visible on it, rooster hallmark 1st title, and Minerva on the right in a round frame, average guarantee, Paris, 1809-1819.
Used condition: a few hairs in the handle and a larger crack, a small crack in the corner of the shovel. Everything is clearly mentioned in my detailed photos, please look at them carefully, I am not hiding anything!
