Ghotar dish on heel, earthenware from Fez Morocco circa 1900. Good size: 39cm. Polychrome geometric decorations. The piece and its decoration are fired at the same time in 3 registers in blue, yellow and fuzing green (respectively cobalt, antimony and copper oxides). The heel is pierced with two tight holes. Good condition, some chips from use, polychromy very present. Old Moroccan ceramics are becoming more and more difficult to find, they are often very damaged and/or incomplete.
