Two impressive Chinese panels from the 19th century. High quality probably made of huali hardwood.Very beautiful scenes in this relief. A dragon spitting fire on the sea, fish and natural elements.
Corners of the panels beautifully inlaid with mother-of-pearl flowers. The other side of the panel is made of mother-of-pearl with a dragon spitting fire. The mother-of-pearl needs to be restored here and there, otherwise in good condition.
