"Painting "café Des Deux Magots" In Paris."
Very lively scene on the terrace of the Café des Deux Magots, an iconic brasserie opened in 1885. The Artist worked with a knife, with great dexterity. Unfortunately, I was unable to decipher the signature at the bottom right. The frame is from the time of the painting, around 1930.
