Flat earthenware plate, with a cream background, in the center a grisaille portrait of Tsar Alexander III in an oval lunette, surrounded in rust color by the double-headed eagle bearing the insignia of power. Border with stylized light blue patterns. On the back, inscription in black capital letters "LE TSAR ALEXANDRE III - 1845-1894" and in hollow a stylized cross motif, Y and 7. Plate with flat heel.
