An old pewter oil clock, with a blown glass reserve decorated with a time ribbon, fitted with two articulated flap spouts (one of the flaps is damaged) Later added to a small torch with a moving pedestal, decorated with gadroons. Countermark under the pedestal of Jacques BLANC, active in Lyon and Grenoble from 1804 to 1840. Operation: the oil level drops as it burns and indicates the time on the graduated time ribbon Period: 18th century for the clock, early 19th century for the foot Height 31 cm Good general condition
