"Small Lithotome Of Civiale Or Meatotome, Circa 1830"
Rare form of a small hidden lithotome used in urology. The design of this instrument differs from the usual curved models: it is smaller in size and it is straight in shape. Invented by Civiale, it was used to debride the meatus. This example is signed by Charrière, complete and in perfect working order. Length 20cm.
