"Table Psyche"
Psyche to pose, composed of a mobile mirror in a frame in the shape of an antique temple placed on a chest with two drawers. This piece of furniture was made of solid mahogany and mahogany veneer. It has two mercury mirrors, one of which, the one at the base of the pediment, has an églomisé floral decoration. The whole is elegant, although a little severe, and seems to have been created for male use. The traces of aging in the mercury of the central mirror add to the charm of the whole.
