"Faience From Varages Century Plate "
Lovely earthenware plate, from the 18th century, from the workshops of Varages. This center of production of Provençal earthenware, now disappeared, produced pieces in the spirit of Moustier, but also original, particularly delicate decorations. This country architecture is one of its emblematic decorations, executed with lightness and finesse, the small flight of starlings finishing off giving a breath of life to the whole. The scalloped shape is elegant. Signed with a cross, it is in perfect condition.
