Round-shaped corsage brooch in 18k gold (750°/°°) and silver set with four Old Mine cut diamonds at the 4 cardinal points for a total weight of approximately 2 carats, as well as a central diamond of approximately 0.8 carat. The brooch is adorned with fine pearls pierced with gold wire, black enamel and small diamonds in a closed setting. The center stone is slightly tinted (KL/VS2). The side stones are lighter in color (H_I) and have purities ranging from VS2 to P1. All are eye-clean. The stones were probably cut before the jewel was made in a period ranging from the end of the 18th century to the first part of the 19th century. A central articulated garland holds a round motif composed of fine pearls and diamonds. The two side garlands have a symmetrical falling motif. This is probably a late 19th century French work.
