BVLGARI vintage diamond sapphire necklace Necklace in 18K (750°/°°) gold composed of a curb chain and a pendant depicting a gadrooned amphora set with a 2.55 carat (8.3 x 6.7 x 4.2 mm) royal blue cabochon sapphire. Note the presence of open frosts and visible fractures on the back of the cabochon. Italian work from the 1970s. Signed Bvlgari and “B” on the clasp and manufacturer's mark: *402 MI.
