It is signed by Isidore Rosenstock, born in 1880 and who was nicknamed "the painter of flowers".
Like his favourite subject, he experienced a beautiful flourishing during his lifetime, consecrated by a certain recognition and then, after the artist's death in 1956.
Isidore Rosenstock was considered one of the greatest watercolourists of his time.
