"End Of The 18th Century Pair Of Wood And Golden Iron Appliques"
Splendid pair of 6-light wall appliques, made of gilded iron and carved and gilded wood. The appliques feature a hand-forged wrought iron rosette, to be fixed to the wall, which supports the arms. The rosette and the arms of the appliques are finely decorated in a floral style that evokes intertwined grape shoots. These elegant wall lights were typical of Tuscan villas of the late 18th century, and even today they are of great value and refinement, and capable of giving a touch of class and antiquity to the environment in which they will be placed. The wall lights are already wired and in excellent conservative conditions. Tuscan manufacture from the end of the 18th century.
