Rare tobacco box of colored marbles (arabescato White, black and red end of Rance) with classic décor. The body consists of four fluted and rudentées plates resting on a base composed of two marble slabs. Lid topped by a hipped taken laiton.Contre blackened wooden form. This cover is reminiscent of those of the early eighteenth century marble inkwells. France early eighteenth century.
