Monoxyle wooden statuette standing on short, angular legs. One of her ankles is adorned with a copper bracelet. Her stylised bust is centred on a large, prominent umbilicus. Her conical face is marked by a nasal bridge in short incised hatching, and is enhanced by a kaolin-white bichromy on her right side and red ochre on the left.
For the Mani secret society, these statuettes had an apotropaic role and were linked to divination rituals.
