From 1963 to 1966, the architects Afra and Tobia Scarpa collaborated with the Italian company Cassina, designing a series of furniture characterized by the use of solid wood, the study of articulation and the assembly of the pieces with screws. Among these pieces of furniture, we find the 121 chair (model created in 1965) which is probably the most famous and desired by collectors and design lovers. The chair was made with different materials and finishes. The chairs for sale have the frame in ash wood and the seat and back in black lacquered plywood
