MJolifie-Conin was born in Paris in 1929, to a family from Auvergne. He studied art at the Académie de la Section d'Or with Jean Souverbie from 1947 to 1949 and spent two years at the Paul Colin school, a famous painter and poster artist from 1955 to 1957. He paints in watercolor and oil nudes, still lifes, compositions with characters and especially landscapes of the regions where he lived or stayed: Paris, the Chevreuse Valley, the island of Yeu, Cantal and Tarn. He also uses pastel and drypoint. For several years, he has lived and painted in Nantes. Twelve painters from different countries illustrated this calendar. CFM international manufactures jet aircraft engines and will send its calendar to all the airlines in the world.
