"Louis XIII Style Walnut Armchair, Leather Backrest And Seat, For Office, 19th Century"
Charming armchair with a high seat and a short back, also called a "chair with arms", in the Louis XIII style in solid walnut and dating from the 19th century. Our seat rests on four legs connected to each other by an H-shaped spacer, as well as a high front crosspiece, all nicely turned into a baluster. The armrests and the armrest supports have the same work. The upholstery of our armchair is old and in very good condition. It is firm and comfortable, the backrest and the seat are covered with a pretty Havana-colored leather which has acquired over time a very beautiful patina with some dark shades. Beautiful studded finish on the whole. Note, some small, unimportant losses on the end of some of the ends of the legs, due to use and inevitable given its age. Dimensions:
