Here are three boxes of different sizes in turned boxwood and with superb patinas. The two smallest have their threaded lids while for the largest, the lid is adjusted and fits together. The smallest has cracks without damage, it was intended for a cream or ointment and has a small glass jar while the lid is set inside a protective cork pad. The medium box has the inscription "jasmin 36" on the bottom which suggests that it is a container for a perfumer or herbalist.
