Magnificent small oils on panels from the 18th century, in their original frames. Circle of Louis Jean François LAGRENEE. They are titled on the back, one, "Love reading", the other "Love satiated". They have not been cleaned, in their original frames, never unframed. The Panel, "love satiated" measures 18 cm x 14.5 cm. the other, "love reading", 18 cm x 14.5 also. with their frames, 27 cm x 23 cm each. except for the oxidized varnish, they are flawless and in excellent condition. SUPERB!
