Ladies' collar watch, to be worn as a necklace on a chain, in 750/°° yellow gold (18 KT, horse hallmark) from the Charles X period. It is decorated with a garland worked around the shape of a pear and drops. Indeed, the pear shape of the fine ruby that adorns this watch is matched by guilloché and drop-shaped chiseling, decorated with rose-cut diamonds. Its white enamel dial is decorated with Arabic numerals framed by gold appliques in the form of finely chiseled volutes forming a daisy. A graduation made of gold dots follows the outline. The hands also display the refinement of this period. This collar watch is sold as an ornamental jewel. Its double back protects a mechanical movement that is currently not in working order.
