"Iosif Iser Romanian Painter And Caricaturist "
Caricature of a mustachioed man taken in a quick stroke, probably in front of the model, during the Parisian stay of this artist attending the Ranson Academy. We do not know much about Iosif Iser born in Bucharest in 1881 and died in the same city in 1958, except that he is of Jewish origin and that his painting represents many women and still lifes. The drawing is signed lower right and framed in its original frame. Alone, it measures 17x12 cm.
