"Small Louis XIV Marquetry Mazarin Desk "
Rare small Mazarin desk called a money changer in violet wood marquetry - it opens with 4 drawers on the front and a small door opening onto a chest - the whole piece of furniture rests on 8 sheathed feet decorated with a carved and gilded wooden hat. These feet are connected by a spacer - the upper part includes a flap - the interior has 3 drawers - this piece of furniture is marquetry on all its faces Parisian work from the 2nd part of the 17th century width 85 / height 76 / depth 58 . Minor restorations of use and maintenance
