The upper part is highlighted in relief with 3 successive mouldings, the central projection also with 3 mouldings and yet another on the pedestal.
Decoration in full a compendario and green of an Italian coat of arms to be identified (surmounted by a helmet and green, orange and blue plumes, escutcheon with alternating black and yellow diagonal stripes with a yellow star at the top left, surmounted by an orabge Maltese cross);
