Rare and exceptional Pair of crystal carafes Each decorated with a monogram and an engraved and gilded Imperial crown. Gold edging on the neck and on the stopper. French work, 19th century. Very good condition Height (excluding stopper): 21 and 24 cm. The monogram is possibly related to Anatole Demidoff, Russian diplomat and husband of Mathilde Bonaparte, daughter of Jérome Bonaparte, Imperial Highness, King of Westphalia.
