Large oil on canvas depicting a canal (Venice?) by the artist Suzanne Duchemin. The work is signed lower left and dated 54. Biography: Born February 12, 1902 in Liverpool. 20th century. French. She worked in the studios of André Lhote in 1928 and Mc Avoy in 1942. She first exhibited at the Montevideo Salon in 192, then regularly in Paris, at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants of which she has been a member since 1950.
