Beautiful Art Nouveau floral decoration circa 1900.Handles in filled silver, silver-plated metal clips. Very good condition, perfectly functional, no shocks or accidents in the handles, but slightly oxidized clips.
Minerva hallmark 1st title on the handles.
Goldsmith's hallmark present but tiny and difficult to read.
