He studied under Emilio Scanavino and collaborated with Armando Testa, creating impactful advertising campaigns for major brands such as Fiat and Gallo Rice, which ties him closely to Juventus and the Agnelli family's legacy in Turin.
In the 1980s, Silombria embraced an openly homoerotic art style, exploring themes of beauty and athleticism while engaging with social issues as a member of the F.U.O.R.I. movement. His artistic contributions continue to resonate in contemporary discussions around art and identity.
