Large heavy barrel, octagonal then round in Damascus, slightly blunderbussed at the muzzle. The inside of the barrel is fitted with 7 hexagonal profile grooves. The barrel and lock have Belgian punches. Steel butt plate with engravings, wear on the wood which is normal for the age. The barrel with a beautiful dark patina. In very good condition with perfect operation, the hammer holds perfectly to the notch and the chimney in very good condition. - Ref: S2792
