Panorama The Boulevards of Paris around 1855 Paul Lancel printer Lemercier Panorama, over 4 meters long, of the boulevards of Paris from the Madeleine to the Place de la Bastille, north side, composed of 24 lithographed views in color of 19.5 cm x 11.6 cm, mounted in accordions, from drawings by Paul Lancel. It shows, in addition to the facades with theaters and restaurants, scenes of daily life, small trades, numerous horse-drawn carriages of different kinds, etc. Cardboard in used condition. The panorama does not have any tears but is foxed in places, and as the accordion has sagged a little in its cardboard, some plates are a little warped.
