"Giovanni Francesco Rustici (attributed)"
16th century terracotta representing the infant Saint John. The 42 cm high work has an extraordinary patina and shows the typical stylistic features of Rustici's works. In particular, it is useful to compare our little Saint John with the figure of a boy located in the Bargello national museum in Florence.
