Exceptional pieces by their size (35.5 cm for the knife) and by the abundance of the openwork and engraved decoration, including a superb scene of a return from fishing.
Handles in filled silver, blade and fork in solid silver engraved with openwork.
Pieces in perfect condition, no shock, no accident, no missing parts.
English coat of arms.
Hallmarks (on the blades and on the handles) of Sheffield for 1857, duty mark: Victoria.
Martin Hall & Co. goldsmith's hallmark.
