Five-sided barrel with thunderbolt, then round and smooth, marked “86” and stamped PM crowned.
Flintlock lock.
Brass case, engraved “St Etienne” and stamped with the crowned “J” of controller Javille. Location and screw for belt hook.
Brass fittings, iron flange.
Nailhead ramrod on the side, hallmarked D and P.
Walnut frame, stamped “MAY 1786” with crowned B and D control marks.
Very good condition. In its original polished finish.
