Set consisting of a cup and a bowl, in solid silver (183 grams), Louis XVI style, 19th century. Decorated with a monogrammed cartouche on a guilloche background. The bowl is decorated in the center with a second monogram composed of the intertwined letters MLJ. Minerva hallmark 1st title visible under the neck of the cup as well as on the back of the bowl. L&G goldsmith's hallmark and a sheep corresponding to Jules Ladoucette and Pierre Gavard, visible on the back of the cup and the bowl. Period second half of the 19th century.
