Large and impressive music box by Nicole Frères made around 1870 in Geneva. The box plays 12 melodies on a cylinder of 33 cm x 8 cm (length x diameter) at 2 per turn. The box is attractive, with a beautiful finish and marquetry on the lid. The interior of the box is black. The music sheet is printed and lists the different melodies.
