José Palmeiro Martinez is a Spanish painter and lithographer of the School of Paris born in Madrid in 1903. José Palmeiro arrived in Paris in 1925 where, settling in the Montparnasse district, he became friends with Celso Lagar through whom he entered the group of Spanish painters of the School of Paris and became close to Ginés Parra and Óscar Domínguez. In 1947, he settled for ten years in South America and exhibited in Sao Paolo, Buenos Aires and Lima before returning to France. He died in Bergerac in 1984. Good condition, two small restorations.
