Pendulum signed Paul Garnier in brass and iron, enameled dial, gilded outline, missing key. Paul Garnier (1801-1869), in 1826, he invented and presented to the Academy of Sciences, a free escapement with winding and constant force. He is known for having equipped the stations of France and Argentina. He built the clock placed in the tower by Gustave Eiffel in the park of Montecristier in the Dominican Republic.
