"Bronze Genius Founder Delafontaine"
19th century bronze, antique style, oil lamp with genie decorations, there is no signature, perhaps a resumption of an antique object, excavations of Pompeii or souvenir of the Grand Tour, the founder is Auguste Delafontaine who worked for the sculptor Antoine Barye. The bronze is in perfect condition with a beautiful patina.
