Very beautiful large lighting ball 26 cm in diameter in molded polished / frosted glass - pressed entirely decorated with geometric figures in relief, a teeming decoration of multiple triangles, diamonds, stylized flowers, arrows, cabochons, pearls, cartridges ... Around 1930. Usual signature in the decoration (barely visible). Very beautiful volume. Exceptional original mount, typical of the Art Deco period, in chiseled bronze with copper nuances decorated with stylized flowers, gadroons and arrows in cartridges taking up the theme of glassware. High quality work, fine chiseling, precise, very in relief. In addition, each rectangular link of the chain opens and closes (!) to allow the height to be adjusted with ease. The tightening screws are all identical and original. Dimensions: Total height: approximately 68 cm (easily adjustable by removing links) Diameter: approximately 26 cm Total weight: 3.500 kg (ball 2.400 kg + mount 1150 g) Re-electrified.
