Object description :

"Neapolitan Nobility: Coat Of Arms Embroidered Fabric Late 17th Century"
Very interesting Italian coat of arms under ducal crown, captioned on the back: , late 17th - early 18th century. Made of different embroidered fabrics, highlighted with gold and silver threads. Wear visible mainly on the red and green velvets, fortunately all the metallic thread embroidery is complete, only the shine has tarnished over time. The central oval part is padded to enhance the coat of arms. On the back is written in pen the following terms: SUPPA CONTUZZI PAGANO NAPOLI which refers to an ancient and illustrious family of Matera and Naples. Note: the size is quite large. Delivery: €15 for mainland France.
