"Carved Natural Wood Cabinet. Seventeenth Century."
Carved oak wardrobe. Its architectural facade is punctuated by three fluted half-columns topped with Corinthian capitals; its sides are divided into small panels; abundantly carved with foliage scrolls, flowers, fruits, birds or human faces... it opens onto an interior divided into three volumes, the upper one closed by two small openwork and engraved doors. Very beautiful wardrobe known as late Renaissance, illustrating the great mastery of Flemish workshops and with minimal old restorations and recomposed shelves. We are trying to restore a lock to it.
