Terracotta singer from the Sichuan region. He is in a kneeling position, his left hand behind his ear and his mouth open in song. He wears the typical clothing of the period, such as a long, crossed robe belted at the waist and the traditional headdress. Traditional Sichuan singing, often associated with the Han Dynasty, is part of a rich musical culture that has evolved over the centuries. Although the Han Dynasty itself is not directly linked to a specific singer, the music of this region has been influenced by ancient traditions and has continued to develop.
