"1920 Dragons Belt Buckle And Brooch Set Silver And Enamel"
  • This set consists of a belt buckle with two enamel domes with a dragon motif in a silver mount decorated with rosettes and twisted silver wire, and a brooch of the same work.
  • The pattern and work of the mount suggest a Far Eastern origin.
  • Brooch with a piston safety closure system.
  • The elements are large and of substantial weight. No hallmark, silver tested with a touchstone.
  • Very good condition, only some wear to the enamel.
  • Period early 20th century, circa 1920.
  • Diameter of each piece 5.2cm, length of the closed belt buckle 10cm, loops provided for a ribbon up to 2.6cm.
