Beautiful old painting from the Art Nouveau period, oil on canvas mounted on panel, signed lower right Gaston Hoffmann, representing an animated view of a studio, located precisely in the upper course room of the Nancy School of Fine Arts in 1907. Probably the class of Jules Larcher who taught there at that time and of whom the young Hoffmann was a student. In a later frame, the whole in good condition see photos. Total dimensions: 65 cm x 52 cm, canvas alone 45 cm x 42 cm.
