English bookcase desk in mahogany veneer from the 19th century. This pretty piece of furniture dates from the 1850s, in the same period as the Louis Philippe in France. The interior of the desk is in speckled maple, composed of drawers and storage niches. The worktop is covered with leather decorated with leaf. The patina of the mahogany is warm and deep, the windows are original. The upper part is equipped with shelves, they are adjustable thanks to racks.
