The scene depicts two seated women and four children playing near two roosters and covered vases. The scene is identical on the two main sides. The other sides are decorated with flowers in grisaille and red in medallions. The cover is decorated with flowers in grisaille and red.

The gold is worn all over the teapot. The decoration is also worn in places. Firing cracks inside the teapot, the end of two cracks are visible at the neck on either side of it, the lower parts are not through and only visible inside the teapot. The two penultimate photos show the two internal cooking pots on either side.

The inside of the lid shows traces of restoration, the extent of which is difficult to measure. A layer covers the inside, but a break in one corner and a chip in another can still be seen. There are no signs of breakage on the outside of the lid, so the problem seems to be on the inside, and only at the corners.
