"Black Opaline Glass Vase Cubist Art Deco Pattern 1930 Anatole Riecke"
This large Art Deco vase in black opaline glass is a creation of the Russian artist Anatole Riecke. Master Glassmaker of La Coupole, in Paris, he is at the origin of the emblematic Art Deco decor of this Parisian landmark during the 1930s. His very fine glasswork is manifested here with a cubist influence in the cubist patterns that contrast the very smooth surface of the black opaline. Chic and timeless, this vase will go well with both old and contemporary pieces. This piece is in a superb state of conservation.
