Pastel representing a Provencal landscape. The artist signed downwards on the left. Anne-Marie RUGGERI was born in 1948 near Lyon. Self-taught, she exhibited her first pastels in Provence and won numerous competitions and prizes. With numerous exhibitions that were as successful, notably in the Galeries Febvre in Ferney-Voltaire, Divonne les Bains and in Lyon, she took the status of professional painter and devoted all her time to her passion, to the great delight of her collectors. The finesse of the drawing and the warmth of the colors demonstrate a great mastery in the art of pastel. Dimensions of the work on view, 31cm x 24 cm. With the frame, 56 cm x x46 cm.
